A book review in Chinese, a translation in Italian, and over 1000 downloads

I have been procrastinating on the internet, and my findings include an appreciative review in Chinese on marxists.org, and an Italian translation of parts one and two.

I also learnt that over 1,000 people have downloaded our book, that by far the greatest number of referrals have come from Facebook (does that suggest an older readership?), and that much the largest number of website views have come from Canada (thank you John), followed by the UK, the US, Australia, Hong Kong, Germany, France, Italy, China, and Ireland.
